- Using the template pages, consider the text that you would update. Write the text and place in a Word document detailing the page and position of the text
- Keep text to a minimum - Web site visitors tend to scan read and have very low attention so keep sentence short and to the point.
- Decide on the language style and keep to it.
- Ensure that there are no spelling mistakes..looks much more professional.
- Research the web for ideas on writing do's and don'ts e.g. http://www.webreference.com/content/writing/

Graphical Elements
-Include Portraits and Photographs of your band/act playing live
-Consider promotional graphics such as flyers or banners, as well as your logo
-Think about images that will interest your visitors and plan where they might fit in your site.
-Give the graphics a name and list where they should go - on what page/position

Media
- Audio Files - consider the formats e.g. MP3 - 30 seconds or full free download
- Video Files - if you have video clips of work/performance these are great promotional tools
- other media such as animation
